Hanover Landscapes is a growing, high-quality landscape and hardscape design-build company serving both residential and commercial clients. Known for our craftsmanship, professional branding, and strong reputation, we’re expanding during our best year yet. We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help drive operational success and client satisfaction.


 


About the Role


As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our landscape and hardscape installations—from initial planning to project completion. You’ll coordinate multiple crews, ensure timelines and budgets are met, uphold our quality standards, and act as a key liaison between clients, the company owner, and field teams.


This is a leadership position with direct influence on the direction and growth of our business.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage multiple landscape and hardscape installation projects
  • Supervise and support 2–3 field crews daily
  • Plan and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Order and coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractors
  • Conduct routine site visits, progress evaluations, and quality checks
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and adjust schedules as necessary
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team members
  • Collaborate with ownership to plan labor, equipment, and scheduling
  • Train and mentor crew leaders; ensure adherence to company standards

 

Ideal Candidate Will Have


  • 3+ years of experience in landscape or hardscape construction management
  • Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and customer expectations
  • Strong knowledge of reading blueprints, site plans, and sequencing work
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on leadership style with a collaborative attitude
  • Confidence in using or learning project management tools
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)


Bonus Qualifications


  • ICPI, NCMA, or equivalent industry certifications
  • Experience with grading, drainage, plant materials, and outdoor construction
  • Estimating and budgeting experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record

 

Compensation & Benefits


  • Competitive salary: $65,000–$80,000 (based on experience)
